个人简介

王永红,博士,教授,博士生导师,国家杰出青年基金获得者(2010),入选中国科学院“百人计划”(D类)(2011);担任十四五国家重点研发计划项目负责人。1991年获北京农学院学士学位,1998年获中国科学院遗传所硕士学位,2004年获中国科学院遗传与发育生物学研究所博士学位。曾于200110月至20022月在香港科技大学进行访问研究,于20025月至200211月在英国John Innes Centre进行合作研究。2018年入选im体育“一事一议”顶尖人才计划。目前担任Mol Plant期刊Advisory Board MemberFaculty Member of F1000Science China-Life SciencesPlant CommunicationsaBIOTECHNew Crops、植物学报等期刊编委。近年来,在高等植物株型调控研究领域取得了一系列原创性研究成果,在NatureCellNature GeneticsNature CommunicationMolecular PlantPNASPlant Cell等国际主流学术期刊上发表论文70余篇,入选科睿唯安“全球高被引科学家”(20232024)。主持和参加国家重点研发计划、973863、国家基金委重点项目及重大研究计划等多项科研项目。

教学工作

im体育农业大学参加讲授本科生课程“科研基本素质训练”、研究生课程“im体育进展”;中国科学院大学主讲“功能基因组学”课程(2015-2019)和高级分子遗传学,并参加“科学前沿讲座”;在中国科学院遗传与发育生物学研究所、中国农科院研究生院、中国科技大学、首都师范大学等科研院所进行研究生专题课程授课。


研究方向

作物产量性状与环境互作。主要以水稻和小麦为材料,聚焦大数据驱动的作物遗传改良,综合利用大数据、表型组等新兴技术精准挖掘调控作物产量性状及其与环境互作的关键基因,通过遗传学、生物化学、细胞生物学及组学等手段研究作物产量性状形成的调控网络及其环境适应性的分子基础,挖掘对产量有贡献且可利用的基因资源用于精准基因编辑和分子设计育种。
